Founded in 1997 as the Shanghai King Union Machine Co., Ltd , a wholly-owned American company , we specialize in the manufacture of industrial sewing machines . Registered as Eagle , our machines are designed to sew medium and heavy weight materials including leather , luggage, automobile seat covers , tents , furniture, and lift belts for containers. Eagle machines have a long history of quality construction and sales around the world . Originally , our machines have been manufactured in Taiwan since 1981, and then in 1997,the company was moved from Taiwan to Shanghai , China . There , we added the OEM Parts Division . Building on our extensive experience producing parts of the Eagle machines , we now use a variety of materials including non-ferrous alloy , stainless steel, castings , steel , plastics , and rubber to produce high quality OEM parts to service the needs of growing number of industrial customers.

We posses a series of Hi-Tech and advanced equipment capabilities such as horizontal Mazak CNC Machining Centers and vertical ARFARTECH V-1000 CNC Machining Centers. Our CNC Machining centers feature high speed, high precision spindles, feedsystems and automatic tool changers. Aided by high accuracy and advanced processing software, the CNC machinery has versatile processing capabilities and excellent performance, therefore high efficiency and high quality are assured. Our product quality is at the level of ISO standard. All dimensions and surface finishes are strictly inspected according to each customer's quality requirements.
